Services

SMPS Intelligent Systems provides done-for-you AI systems for small businesses, including but not limited to AI voice agents, chat agents, follow-up automation, and appointment booking integration. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment

Fees are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are due upon contract signing. All fees are non-refundable once the setup process has begun, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, your AI systems will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All AI systems, workflows, and configurations built by SMPS remain the intellectual property of Sherrain Myles Professional Services, SPC. Clients receive a license to use these systems for the duration of their active subscription.

Limitation of Liability

SMPS Intelligent Systems provides AI-powered services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high performance and reliability, we do not guarantee that AI systems will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent billing period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sherrain Myles Professional Services, SPC is registered.
